- Flooring installation, porcelain, LVP, hardwood, natural stone

- How long does a Tampa kitchen remodel take?
- Standard 6 to 8 weeks. Larger projects with wall removal or extensive cabinet work: 8 to 10+ weeks.
- Can you handle South Tampa historic district kitchens?
- Yes, Hyde Park, Davis Islands, Bayshore. We coordinate with City of Tampa Historic Preservation where overlay restrictions apply.
- Do you do wall removals for open concept conversions?
- Yes. We coordinate structural engineering, pull permits, and manage the work end to end.
- Will my kitchen be unusable during the remodel?
- Typically 4 to 6 weeks of no kitchen during a full remodel. We can sometimes set up a temporary cooking station, discussed during the estimate.
